TRAVEL INFOrmation

We’ve designed Ride Retreat to be as seamless as possible upon arrival, so you can focus on riding, recovery, and the experience.

  • All guests are responsible for organising their own travel to and from Rotorua.

    The closest airport is Rotorua Airport, with regular domestic connections from major centres.

    We recommend arriving before the retreat start time to ensure a smooth transfer to the property.

  • We’ve got you covered once you land.

    • Complimentary transfers are provided from Rotorua Airport to the accommodation at the start of the retreat

    • Return transfers are included from the accommodation back to Rotorua Airport at the end of the retreat. There will only be one shuttle so we advise you arrive at the same time.

    We’ll be in touch prior to your retreat to coordinate flight times and transfer details.

  • All ride-day transport and shuttles are included as part of your experience.

    This covers:

    • Transport to and from trail networks

    • All scheduled retreat activities

    Please note:

    • Personal transport outside of scheduled retreat activities is not included

    • If you plan to explore Rotorua independently, we recommend arranging your own transport (e.g. Uber, rental car)

  • If you’re driving to Rotorua, you’re welcome to meet us directly at the accommodation.

    Parking is available on-site. We’ll provide full address details prior to your arrival.
