A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with full payment due 4 weeks before the retreat.
We don’t currently offer payment plans. We request the deposit to be made in full and then the remainder of the payment in full by the due date to confirm your spot.
Yes, you can transfer your spot to another participant if you’re unable to attend. Any payment adjustments or exchanges will need to be handled directly between you and the new participant. Ride Retreat isn’t involved in those arrangements.

Yes, it’s recommended to have personal insurance for peace of mind.
Absolutely! Every ride has at least one certified first-aid guide, and kits are provided on-trail and at base.
We maintain small groups of 8 riders + 1 guide to ensure safety and personalised attention. We can adjust this for custom retreats if required.

Rotorua Airport is our preferred arrival point, however transfers can be arranged from other airports, additional costs may apply.
Yes, airport and on-trail shuttle options are included. Additional shuttles are available as premium add-ons.
Yes! We can recommend accommodation options for extra nights and assist with extensions.
We offer boutique accommodation with shared or private room options.
The luxury property features seven bedrooms (sleeping up to 13 guests), five bathrooms, three living areas, an office, a hangout hive with four beds, and a dedicated games room. It also includes a pool, spa, Nordic sauna, chef’s kitchen, yoga decks, and outdoor entertaining spaces, the perfect place to relax after a day on the trails.
For riders, there are secure bike facilities, e-bike charging points, and plenty of room to unwind. Wi-Fi, wellness areas, and multiple kitchens are also included. If this configuration doesn’t suit your group, we can help source alternative accommodation options.
If our main retreat accommodation isn’t the right fit for you, just get in touch. We can help organise an alternative option or create a bespoke setup that suits your needs.

Yes, daily yoga/stretching and there is a spa, pool and sauna at your accommodation. The retreats also include a wellness session at secret spot.
Absolutely. We offer a range of premium add-ons including cultural experiences, 1:1 coaching with Brook, and additional private shuttles. If there’s something specific you’re interested in, we’re happy to chat through what’s possible.

Yes! Premium bike and gear hire is available for all participants. This can be arranged separately through local hire providers. Ride Retreat doesn’t manage bike or gear hire directly.
Yes, while we are partnered with a local bike shop there won’t be any spare parts out on the trails.
There won’t be a mechanic on the rides with us but we do have a local bike shop partner who can help.

Yes, all meals are included. We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements - please note them in your registration.
You may bring food if desired, but all main meals are provided.

Not at all! The weekend is designed for any experience level; all rides are graded and tailored to participants’ skills.

We keep a close eye on the forecast leading up to each retreat. If severe weather is expected, we’ll make the call early and reschedule the weekend. Rotorua’s trails handle most conditions well, but safety always comes first.
